John Carbone holds an MBA from the Schulich School of Business at York University. John’s career began in 1981 in the development and building industry. As past president of the Toronto Home Builders' Association he’s been responsible for the development and building of thousands of homes and condos. While he continues to invest in real estate development he’s made his mark as a serial entrepreneur over the past 20 years with investments in Canada and abroad in the technology field, finance, film production & distribution, professional services and consumer products industries. John is responsible for the strategy and vision at the Berkshire Axis Group. When he isn’t busy with his daily Berkshire Axis responsibilities, you can find John traveling and spending time with his family.
Leslie Marlowe began his real estate career in 1988 after receiving his BA in Economics & International Relations from The University of Toronto. As one of the founding members of Berkshire Axis Development, Leslie has developed and built over 8 million square feet of industrial and commercial real estate, and prides himself on ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality. At Berkshire Axis Development, he is responsible for operations, acquisitions, and dispositions, while also ensuring that the corporate culture of hard work and respect for one another is paramount. When he is not working tirelessly, you can find Leslie traveling with family, scuba diving, or cottaging in Muskoka.
Craig Wagner began his real estate career in 2004 and joined the team at Berkshire Axis in May 2012. He currently oversees the day-to-day operations, acquisition and dispositions, property management, and runs the sales teams. Since 2016, under Craig’s leadership, Berkshire Axis has sold over 650 Industrial Condo units totalling over $750M in sales. Craig also spearheads overall concepts for new construction projects and continuously delivers on new ideas for future endeavors. He believes Berkshire Axis stands out from its competitors by their ability to create opportunities that result in oversized returns while ensuring professionalism, integrity, and fairness. When he’s not in the office, you can find him outdoors, golfing, or with his family.
