East United is a 24-storey mixed-use condominium building consisting of residential units, with retail and office space at ground level. The development integrates a unique two-storey heritage building, known as the “Christie, Brown & Co. Stables” at Berkeley Street and Parliament Street. The building will consist of studio, 1-bedroom, 1-bedroom + den 2-bedroom, 2-bedroom + den, and 3-bedroom units. The unit sizes range from 350 sq. ft for the studio units to over 1,000 sq. ft for the 3-bedroom units. A series of townhouse units will also be accessible from an interior walkway. Construction is well underway with completion scheduled for 2020.
